The Jersey Bounce

We have launched a big band blog, The Jersey Bounce, for big band fans to talk about their favorite big bands, vocalists, sidemen, songs, and, if they are past that certain age, their own wonderful memories of the Swing Era. We welcome younger contributors, too, who are perhaps discovering swing for the very first time.

The Jersey Bounce will complement The Flatted Fifth by focusing on the big bands, the Swing Era, which for me began in 1935 and continues right through today.
