A flatted fifth is a musical term. If you are a jazz fan, as I am, you know that flatted fifths are at the core of bebop. Just listen to recordings by Bird and/or Dizzy during the mid- and late-1940s (and beyond). That said, this blog will discuss anything that pops into my head--or yours (if you're a registered member)!

Hello darling! Thank you for attending Shabbat with me. At least for a time. Still working on that email addy. Haven't been home all weekend so that would be difficult to do with my ESP. Trying to find a synagogue in England was equally frusterating especially since I was in a boarding school for Catholics. Yeah, that didn't go over real well. Let's just say I was a Jew trapped in a Catholic's body. NOt that there is anything wrong with Catholicism. Sorry to hear about your priest. I can teach him Spanish and then he can stay. That is if he is still in the need to. I cannot wait to make a guest entry. How exciting! Once again, thank you for allowing me that opportunity. Don't worry about proofreading posts.
